REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a

return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be sent within 14 days after a return address is provided, otherwise it is ineligible.

Please note we are not responsible for covering shipping costs for returns.

Returns are not accepted for items marked as final sale with discounts.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and would like to return an item, we have the following policies in place:

• Returns for No Reason: If you wish to return an item for no specific reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost will not be refunded, and the return shipping fee will be at the buyer’s expense.

• Damaged or Defective Items: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within [X] days of receiving the item to initiate the return process. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or

if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customproducts (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beautyproducts). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have theright to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund wasapproved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to processand post the refund too.
